How do I return an item?

You are returning an item by filling out the enclosed return form correctly and include this with the goods in unused condition, and send to the following address: Lagerkompaniget, Søllerupvej 21, DK-4681 Herfølge ATT: APERIE and mark the package with "RETURN". When the item is received and approved by us, the purchase is refunded to your account within a few days. We will refund only to the credit card the goods were purchased. The right of withdrawal lapses 14 days after receipt of the goods, and you can not then return your purchase.
NOTE: If you pay with a foreign credit card, the refund can take up to 28 bank days.

 

How do I fill in the return form?

You fill in the return form by ticking the items you wish to return, and fill a reason for your return. Then sign the return form and attach it to the shipping package along with the returned goods. Do you want to exchange for a different size, colour or product, please indicate this on the form by ticking on the return slip.

Have you lost the return form, please contact us at info@aperie.com and we will sent you a new.

 

Do you return products on sale?

The rule of 14 days full right of withdrawal also applies to items on sale purchased in APERIEs webshop. You just fill out the return form as described above and attach it along the products in the shipping package. Once the item is received and approved by us, the purchase will be refunded to your account within a few days. We will only refund money to the credit card on which the products were purchased. The right of withdrawal lapses 14 days after receipt of the goods, and you can not then return your purchase.

I have received a wrong item. What do I do? 

We strive to deliver as ordered. In case of receiving an incorrect order please contact our customer service at shop@aperie.com. We will then send you a return label, so the item(s) can be returned free if charge and a new and proper shipping will be initiated. Always remember to include your order number in all correspondence.
